PARIS – L’Alg\u00e9rie<\/a> a sa \u00ab\u00a0propre doctrine en mati\u00e8re de paix et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 surtout qu’il s’agit de notre r\u00e9gion\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le ministre des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res, Abdelkader Messahel, soulignant qu’elle privil\u00e9gie, face \u00e0 l’\u00e9v\u00e9nement, l’effort national.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Vous savez, nous avons notre propre doctrine en mati\u00e8re de paix et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Surtout qu\u2019il s\u2019agit de notre r\u00e9gion. Nous avons toujours privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 l\u2019effort national pour faire face \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement. Et cela, c\u2019est partant du v\u00e9cu, de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience que nous avons v\u00e9cue\u00a0\u00bb, a expliqu\u00e9 le ministre \u00e0 une question sur l’absence de l’Alg\u00e9rie au G5 Sahel dans un entretien qu’il a accord\u00e9 \u00e0 la radio fran\u00e7aise RFI, capt\u00e9 \u00e0 Paris, rappelant que \u00ab\u00a0nous n\u2019avons compt\u00e9 sur personne pour nous en sortir, apr\u00e8s une d\u00e9cennie noire et apr\u00e8s 200 000 morts\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Le G5 Sahel, rappelle-t-on, est un cadre de coop\u00e9ration r\u00e9gionale dans le cadre de la lutte contre le terrorisme et le fl\u00e9au migratoire, soutenu par la France et quelques pays europ\u00e9ens, qui regroupe cinq Etats du Sahel, \u00e0 sa voir la Mauritanie, le Mali, le Burkina Faso, le Niger et le Tchad.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Pour le chef de la diplomatie alg\u00e9rienne, \u00ab\u00a0compter sur soi est un facteur extr\u00eamement important. On ne peut pas faire face au terrorisme et, par exp\u00e9rience, s\u2019il n\u2019y a pas une v\u00e9ritable mobilisation \u00e0 l\u2019interne\u00a0\u00bb, faisant observer que \u00ab\u00a0ce dont a besoin le Mali, et ce que nous faisons pour le Mali, nous le faisons pour le Niger \u2013, il ne faut pas le perdre de vue\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Ce n\u2019est pas parce que nous n\u2019avons pas de troupes. C\u2019est une doctrine. Notre arm\u00e9e a une vocation de d\u00e9fense nationale. C\u2019est constitutionnel, c\u2019est historique, c\u2019est culturel\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il soutenu, soulignant que les enfants de l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9fendent leur pays\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0On ne va pas dans d\u2019autres th\u00e9\u00e2tres, ce n\u2019est pas dans notre doctrine. Par contre, notre devoir de soutien ou d\u2019aide aux pays qui sont confront\u00e9s \u00e0 ce genre de situation, l\u00e0, on le fait par devoir, mais on le fait parfois dans la grande discr\u00e9tion\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il ajout\u00e9, faisant savoir que l’Alg\u00e9rie a \u00ab\u00a0beaucoup investi\u00a0\u00bb dans la formation d\u2019unit\u00e9s sp\u00e9ciales de lutte contre le terrorisme en territoire saharien.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Ca, c\u2019est vraiment la sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 (…) Nous le faisons par les \u00e9quipements en termes logistiques. Depuis l\u2019ind\u00e9pendance jusqu\u2019\u00e0 aujourd\u2019hui, il y a plus de 65.000 cadres africains qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9s chez nous. Nous le faisons pour le Mali, nous le faisons pour le Niger, nous le faisons pour d\u2019autres pays de la sous-r\u00e9gion\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il conclu.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
