ALGER- Le ministre du Travail, de l’Emploi et de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale, Mourad Zemali, a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 mardi devant les membres de l’Assembl\u00e9e populaire nationale (APN), le projet de loi fixant la liste des f\u00eates l\u00e9gales qui consacre \u00ab\u00a0Yennayer\u00a0\u00bb (nouvel an berb\u00e8re), co\u00efncidant avec le 12 janvier de chaque ann\u00e9e, comme f\u00eate nationale et journ\u00e9e ch\u00f4m\u00e9e et pay\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Lors d’une s\u00e9ance pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e par le pr\u00e9sident de l’APN, Said Bouhadja, le ministre a indiqu\u00e9 que le projet de loi modifiant et compl\u00e9tant la loi n 63-278 du 26 juillet 1963 fixant la liste des f\u00eates\u00a0l\u00e9gales, intervenait en application des orientations du pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, donn\u00e9es lors de la r\u00e9union du Conseil des ministres, le 27 d\u00e9cembre 2017, au cours de laquelle il a rappel\u00e9 que \u00ab\u00a0la Constitution,\u00a0 r\u00e9vis\u00e9e en mars 2016, a d\u00e9finitivement scell\u00e9 l’approbation par le peuple\u00a0 alg\u00e9rien tout entier de Tamazight, comme langue nationale et officielle.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Le projet de loi s’inscrit \u00e9galement dans le cadre du \u00ab\u00a0renforcement de l’identit\u00e9 nationale dans sa triple composante Islamique, Arabe et Amazighe, de la r\u00e9conciliation nationale et de la consolidation de l’unit\u00e9 nationale autour de l’histoire de l’Alg\u00e9rie et ses dimensions spirituelles \u00a0et civilisationnelles\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
