CONSTANTINE – Le pr\u00e9sident du parti \u00ab\u00a0AHD 54\u00a0\u00bb, Ali Faouzi Reba\u00efne , a appel\u00e9 samedi \u00e0 Constantine \u00e0 \u0153uvrer pour b\u00e2tir un Etat de droit assurant le principe de chances \u00e9gales pour tous et garantissant un d\u00e9veloppement durable.<\/p>\n

S’exprimant lors d’une rencontre avec des militants et sympathisants de son parti, tenue \u00e0 la maison de la culture \u00ab\u00a0Ahmed Sa\u00e2di\u00a0\u00bb, M. Reba\u00efne a soulign\u00e9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de conjuguer les efforts pour \u00ab\u00a0l’\u00e9dification d’un Etat de droit garantissant l’\u00e9galit\u00e9 pour tous, en mati\u00e8re de travail notamment\u00a0\u00bb. \u00ab\u00a0L’Alg\u00e9rie est un pays riche, en mesure d’\u00e9voluer sans compter sur ses ressources en hydrocarbures\u00a0\u00bb, a estim\u00e9 le pr\u00e9sident de AHD 54, appelant au d\u00e9veloppement des secteurs de l’agriculture, l’industrie et le tourisme notamment, consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme \u00ab\u00a0n\u00e9vralgiques\u00a0\u00bb dans le d\u00e9veloppement durable des pays.<\/p>\n

Dans ce sens, l’intervenant a mis en exergue la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u00a0\u00bb’abolir\u00a0\u00bb les contraintes administratives, particuli\u00e8rement celles entravant l’\u00e9volution de ces secteurs cr\u00e9ateurs de richesse et de \u00a0\u00bbrompre\u00a0\u00bb avec l’\u00e9conomie de rente qui, selon lui, \u00a0\u00bbcontinue de freiner le processus de d\u00e9veloppement en Alg\u00e9rie\u00a0\u00bb. \u00ab\u00a0Il est temps de fixer l’ordre de m\u00e9rite de tout un chacun, selon l’effort d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 dans le cadre du d\u00e9veloppement du pays et loin de toute tendance de complaisance\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il encore estim\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Evoquant le pouvoir d’achat \u00a0\u00bben chute\u00a0\u00bb, M. Reba\u00efne a appel\u00e9 \u00e0 l’organisation et \u00e0 la restructuration des march\u00e9s de gros des fruits et l\u00e9gumes jusque l\u00e0, a-t-il ajout\u00e9, \u00a0\u00bbmonopolis\u00e9s par une minorit\u00e9 qui cherche \u00e0 gagner au d\u00e9triment des autres\u00a0\u00bb. Aussi, le pr\u00e9sident de AHD 54 a insist\u00e9 sur la consolidation de la \u00ab\u00a0communication entre citoyens et pouvoirs publics\u00a0\u00bb, appelant \u00e0 des d\u00e9centralisations administrative et \u00e9conomique pour donner davantage de pr\u00e9rogatives aux \u00e9lus locaux, qu’il a qualifi\u00e9s d'\u00a0\u00bbacteurs principaux\u00a0\u00bb dans l’\u00e9quation du d\u00e9veloppement durable.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
