Apr\u00e8s la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie d&rsquo;accueil \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e du si\u00e8ge de la R\u00e9gion, le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Corps d&rsquo;arm\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0<em>a observ\u00e9 un moment de recueillement \u00e0 la m\u00e9moire du d\u00e9funt Moudjahid Hibaoui El Ouafi, dont le si\u00e8ge de la R\u00e9gion porte son nom, o\u00f9 il a d\u00e9pos\u00e9 une gerbe de fleurs devant la st\u00e8le comm\u00e9morative et a r\u00e9cit\u00e9 la fatiha du Saint Coran \u00e0 la m\u00e9moire des vaillants Chouhada<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0.<\/p>\n<p>&#013;<\/p>\n<p>Le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Corps d&rsquo;arm\u00e9e a tenu, par la m\u00eame occasion, une rencontre avec le Commandement et les cadres de la R\u00e9gion et a prononc\u00e9 une allocution, suivie via visioconf\u00e9rence par toutes les unit\u00e9s des 6e et 4e R\u00e9gions militaires, et \u00e0 travers laquelle il a rappel\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0<em>les efforts laborieux qui ne cessent d&rsquo;\u00eatre consentis par les unit\u00e9s de la 6e R\u00e9gion militaire d\u00e9ploy\u00e9es le long de nos fronti\u00e8res Sud, pour la s\u00e9curisation et la protection du pays contre tous les fl\u00e9aux et menaces, notamment le terrorisme aveugle, la criminalit\u00e9 organis\u00e9e et la contrebande avec toutes ses ramifications<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0.<\/p>\n<p>&#013;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#013;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u00ab La mission de d\u00e9fendre, amplement et en permanence, l&rsquo;Alg\u00e9rie avec toutes ses fronti\u00e8res nationales et de renforcer les fondements de sa s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et sa stabilit\u00e9, exige de pers\u00e9v\u00e9rer \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9dification d&rsquo;une arm\u00e9e puissante et moderne qui jouit toujours d&rsquo;une disponibilit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle de haut niveau. Une Arm\u00e9e \u00e9clair\u00e9e par une vision clairvoyante dont les objectifs sont bien d\u00e9finis. Dans ce contexte, \u00ab\u00a0<em>il n&rsquo;y a pas l&rsquo;ombre d&rsquo;un doute que la mission de la lutte contre le terrorisme r\u00e9siduel constitue une mission permanente dont la fin ne sera
